We have worked up some festive Christmas Wagyu recipes for an elevated Christmas dinner.

Luxury Wagyu Sausage Stuffing

Ingredients 

400g Wyndford Wagyu Sausages (skins removed)

1 tbsp olive oil or Wagyu fat

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

100g breadcrumbs (fresh or panko)

1 apple, peeled and grated

1 tsp dried sage

1 tsp thyme leaves

1 egg, beaten

Salt and pepper

Method

1.) Preheat the oven to 190°C (170°C fan).

2.) Heat the oil in a pan, then gently fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes until softened.

3.) In a large bowl, combine the sausage meat, breadcrumbs, apple, herbs and onion mixture.

4.) Stir through the beaten egg and season generously.

5.) Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

Rich,  savoury and beautifully flavoured for a truly elevated Christmas stuffing.

 

Wyndford Wagyu Christmas Alternative

Wagyu Pigs in Blankets

Ingredients

8 Wyndford Wagyu Sausages

8 rashers streaky bacon

1 tbsp honey (optional, for glaze)

Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional, for garnish)

Method

1.) Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan).

2.) Wrap each sausage in a rasher of streaky bacon. Secure with a cocktail stick if needed.

3.) Place seam-side down on a lined baking tray.

4.) Roast for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until crisp and golden.

5.) Optional: Brush with honey for the final 5 minutes for a glossy, festive glaze.
