Delivery

UK mainland orders placed before 4pm will be despatched the following day unless an alternative delivery date is requested. We are passionate about our Premium Fullblood Wagyu, how it is raised, finished, aged and prepared, therefore its arrival with you is extremely important to us. Products will be shipped fresh and chilled.

Please note we only despatch Monday to Thursday for deliveries on Tuesday to Friday.  We do not despatch on Bank Holidays.

Your Wyndford Wagyu delivery will be sent via DPD Courier. Orders usually take 1-2 working days after dispatch to arrive.

Returns Policy

You have the right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described as part of the Consumer Rights Act. Please Contact Us as soon as possible on arrival of your order so that we can resolve any issues. 

If products are not deemed to be faulty or are returned to us in a non-resellable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement.  

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or within 3 working days. It may take several days for the refund to appear on your credit/debit card statement. 

We cannot refund the cost of postage incurred by returning your order to us, nor refund the delivery cost from your original delivery unless we agree that you have received damaged or faulty goods. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please Contact Us and please include your order number.
