Favourite part of the job?
“My favourite part of the job is working in such a fast paced business and being involved in all aspects of the company’s progression. We have a great team here at Wyndford Wagyu and all enjoy being part of this exciting new venture. I love that we produce a premium product, that we know every animal by name and treat them all as individuals.”
“My favourite animal is Wyndford Nakagishiro 10 (WYNFR89263). She was one of the first suckler calves born when I arrived. She was tiny, only 23.5kg, but had real spark. We affectionately called her Shakira as her hips didn’t lie when she was running around the barn like a maniac. She has a lovely curly coat like her father L0010 and I hope she is a successful breeding female for us.”Back to all team members
