Description
The Sirloin is cut to create the top and bottom butt, sirloin steaks are cut from the top butt, which is the tender part of that muscle closer to the rib. Normally a leaner cut, the Wagyu Sirloin has an abundance of intricate marbling throughout, bringing a depth of flavour, extreme tenderness and a great culinary experience. It is best cooked by grilling, sautéeing or pan-frying.
Cooking Instructions
Shallow Fry – From Ambient.
1) Remove from packaging 10 mins before cooking. Preheat pan on High.
2) Lightly oil and season steak.
3) Place into dry pan. Turn halfway through cooking.
Rare 3-4 mins, medium 6-7 mins
Rest for 5 mins before serving.
